Track Construction Worker Wanted!
Wiener Linien is the municipal public transport operator of Vienna, Austria. They regularly face the challenge of finding staff for physically demanding shift work. They want to remain honest in their search, to avoid creating false expectations.
The goal of this campaign was to raise awareness of track construction work among the core target group aged 25–34 and simultaneously generate applications.

Bacon & Bold supported Wiener Linien by developing a strategy that deliberately focuses on honesty and transparency regarding working conditions (night work, cold, wet, physical exertion, etc.). Well-performing arguments from past campaigns — such as job details, job security & team factor — served as thematic foundations.
